At "Yoga for Everyone," I believe that yoga should never be intimidating or exclusive. That's why I created a space where people of all backgrounds, body types, and experience levels can come together to practice. Yoga is not just for the flexible or the experienced—it’s for anyone looking to connect with their body and mind, find peace, and embrace the present moment.

The Practice

Our sessions are rooted in Hatha yoga, one of the most widely practiced forms of yoga. The classes are dynamic and diverse, designed to help you discover balance and harmony within yourself. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Asanas: Yoga postures that balance the left and right sides of the body, harmonizing effort with relaxation.

  • Pranayamas: Breathing exercises that help regulate your breath and energy, promoting mindfulness.

  • Relaxation: Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to calm both body and mind.

With every session, you’ll experience the flow of energy in your body and feel the health benefits afterward. It’s not just about physical flexibility; it’s about spiritual flexibility too. You’ll connect more deeply with yourself, allowing you to connect with others in more meaningful ways.

Join Us Yoga for Everyone is open to all, regardless of experience or flexibility. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our sessions offer a safe, welcoming environment to explore and grow. There are modifications for every level, so you can adapt the practice to suit your body and experience the joy and peace yoga brings.

 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
For Whom: Yoga is accessible to all, regardless of age, ability, or experience level. Whether you're looking for physical exercise, mindfulness, or stress relief, the sessions offer something for everyone.
When: Every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM. Note: Occasionally, sessions will take place on Fridays from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM. Check the agenda for updates.
Price:

  • €5 (students aged 18-26, unemployed)

  • €10 (regular price)

  • €15 (solidarity contribution, for those who can support others)

  • Free (if you're unable to pay)

 

What to Bring: A towel or your own yoga mat (mats available in the studio).

Ludmila Parekh

Ludmila Andreoli Parekh began her yoga journey in São Paulo, Brazil. As an architect, she spent long hours in poor posture, leading her to yoga to save her back—and ultimately her life. She continued her practice in New York City, Lausanne, and Gent, learning from renowned teachers along the way. During summer festivals, Ludmila began sharing her 20+ years of practice with others, tailoring sessions to individual needs, promoting flexibility, reducing stress, and encouraging overall well-being.
